The Malco Gutter Outlet Tool Frame is the ideal tool for cutting downspout drop holes in K-style aluminum gutters. Nothing can match the speed and precision of the Malco Gutter Outlet Punch System. The versatile lightweight Malco Tool Frame allows for the use of separate Malco rectangular and X-style Punch and Die combinations. Made of lightweight aluminum and steel, the tool frame coupled with the punch and die combination of your choice can cleanly cut a drop hole anywhere along the length of standard 5 or 6-inch K-style aluminum gutters up to .032-inch (.81mm) thickness.

Featuring ample throat clearance and open sides, the tool frame permits the punch to access over the front edge of the gutter and quickly line up cuts in either "A" or "B" direction. The easy ratcheting mechanism of the tool frame and the angled blades of the punch work together to deliver a smooth cutting action. Additionally, the frame includes a built-in ejector that safely removes the metal slug from rectangular cuts.

The high carbon steel blades ensure a long punch life and are separately replaceable. Furthermore, heat treated components and weather resistant finishes on both the tool frame component and all punch and die assemblies ensure long service life. Fastener holes are provided in the tool base for bench-mounting operation.
