Crescent Wiss® has elevated the MetalMaster® Aviation Snip to a new level with the advanced MetalMaster® Aviation Snips. The precision-cast molybdenum blades feature CNC-ground serrations, allowing for more uniform serrations that result in a cleaner cut every time. The snips also boast an extended pivot bolt life due to their superior free-float design. Their spring-action design enables fast, effortless feed, and the all-new latch design provides ergonomic single-handed operation for both left and right-handed users. Additionally, the new extended non-slip handle grips give users better control while cutting. The next generation of Crescent Wiss MetalMaster® snips can cut over 8 miles of steel and have up to 10 times longer cut life than traditional Aviation Snips. They are available in left/straight cut, right/straight cut, and straight cut, and the set includes M1R, M2R, & M3R MetalMaster Aviation Snips.

The blade serrations hold material firmly and spread cutting force uniformly across the blade edge, which improves cut quality and extends tool life. The superior design prevents tears at the end of cuts by controlling blade bypass, minimizing folding and burrs. These snips are capable of cutting up to 18 gauge low carbon rolled steel. They also feature a spring-action handle for faster, effortless feed, and handles with built-in stops for consistent operation and blade opening. The free float design on the pivot bolt provides a longer tool life. The single-handed latch operation is designed for both left and right-handed use, and the ergonomic, single material non-slip handle grips provide excellent control and are easy to clean, with a built-in hang hole for convenient storage.
